Central Team
The Central Team at St Raphael The Archangel Catholic Multi-Academy Trust provides dedicated Operational Support to help schools run smoothly and consistently across our Trust. Our team works alongside school leaders to streamline processes, coordinate key services, and ensure that day-to-day operations are efficient, compliant, and responsive to the needs of pupils and staff.
Our Finance function supports the Trust with careful planning, budgeting, and financial oversight. We monitor income and expenditure, provide clear reporting, and help schools make informed decisions that strengthen value for money while supporting educational priorities. By maintaining strong financial controls, we aim to ensure resources are used effectively across all academies.
We also provide specialist support in HR and Health & Safety, supporting schools to meet legal and safeguarding responsibilities. The HR team offers guidance on workforce matters, policies, and staff wellbeing, while our H&S colleagues help promote safe working practices and a culture of prevention. Together, these services help create a secure environment where everyone can focus on learning and achievement.
